At present, Seth Kaluram Goyal Govt. College, Kadma does not have any formal Apprenticeship or Internship Program. However, the college recognizes the importance of practical training and hands-on experience in improving employability and skill development among students.

The institution plans to introduce apprenticeship and internship opportunities in the coming years under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education, Haryana, and other government or private organizations.

Future Objectives:

  1. To provide students with exposure to real-world work environments through short-term internships and training programs.

  2. To collaborate with nearby industries, government departments, and business establishments for internship tie-ups.

  3. To integrate skill-based components and field projects in Arts and Commerce programs.

  4. To prepare students for employment, self-reliance, and entrepreneurship through career-oriented training.

  5. To align the apprenticeship initiatives with the goals of Skill India Mission and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Once established, the Apprenticeship/Internship Program will operate under the supervision of the Placement and Career Guidance Cell, ensuring equitable opportunities for all students and enhancing their professional competencies before graduation.
